TKD Wear - Shipment & Delivery

Your pack shipment

    Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via our trusted Polish Post (national company), however in-person pick-up is also available (after pre-payment). Couple of important notes:

• Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.

• Generally we advise you to group your items in one order, however in some cases it might be profitable to generate two separate orders (e.g. ordering 2 orders (4 shirts+1 shirt) shirt instead of 5 shirts in 1 order)

• We go extra mile to assure that items in the boxes are well-protected, however still please make sure that the delivered order box is not damaged (right after delivery and in the presence of the representative of the entity performing the delivery) as it will facilitate and accelerate the recovery of any claims from the responsible entity in the event of mechanical damage to the package during transport.

• If yours order is bigger than 8 shirts, please feel free to group it into two separate orders or contact us to optimize the delivery time and cost
